Users can also begin the account deletion process in app under Profile > Delete Account. When this button is clicked, the user should receive a message requesting confirmation for deleting the account.
The majority of user data should be erased, however certain contact details (email address etc.) may be kept for a short period to be able to reach out to the user for follow-up if there have been reports/fraudulent activity suspected. This data will only be used to ensure the security and integrity of our platform.
In order for us to completely delete your Account and all of its associated user data, please do reach out to the support team at support@binsol.co with a request. Your account will be deactivated and all of your data will be erased upon confirmation.
